How do I get a mold kit for custom grillz?
Once you place an order for custom grillz, we ship a professional mold kit to your address with detailed instructions. You must follow the steps carefully and ship the mold back to our Houston flagship store for production.
How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Standard custom pieces typically take 2-4 weeks for production after the design or mold is finalized. High-end, intricate diamond settings may take longer. Shipping times vary based on your selected method at checkout.
Are the diamonds and gold used in your jewelry authentic?
Yes, all Johnny Dang & Co. products are crafted using genuine gold (10k, 14k, or 18k) and high-quality natural diamonds. Each significant piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What is your return policy on custom jewelry?
Because custom pieces and grillz are made specifically to your unique specifications and dental impressions, they are non-refundable. For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day exchange policy provided the item is in original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury jewelry worldwide via secured and insured carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Can I upgrade my diamonds or gold in the future?
We offer a trade-in program for many of our signature pieces. You can bring your Johnny Dang jewelry into our store to be appraised for credit toward a new, higher-value custom piece.
