Returns & Exchanges

At Johnny Dang & Co, we strive for excellence in every custom piece; however, due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, returns are only accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags and authentication certificates intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original luxury packaging and use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our Houston flagship store using a trackable and fully insured carrier service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition before approving your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
